USHealth Advisors and HOPE

HOPE stands for Helping Other People Everyday, and that is exactly what health insurance company USHealth Group stands by. The idea that we can come together as one to help those less fortunate and those in need, is more prevalent than ever these days with many donating to multiple causes. HOPE believes that giving back is what is necessary for change as well as uplifting the people.

Randy Hildebrandt is a success story within the company and his story will make anyone a believer. Currently involved in HOPE, Randy has been a Satellite Division Leader with USHealth Advisors since 2012. He believes in the ideas that are behind the HOPE movement as he went through his share of struggle prior to his success.

Randy was an aspiring baseball player who in high school idolized Nolan Ryan and he had a 92 mph fastball as a junior. Clearly one of the top players at Anderson Shiro High in Anderson Texas, he was definitely on track for a college and possible pro career in the sport. Sadly, with two major shoulder injuries, Randy decided to call it quits and pursue another career choice.

Health insurance sales may not have been on his mind as an option before, but after being the only person left in an interview, he took his chance. After a 12 month internship, he finally succeeded in getting a position with USHealth. Randy worked very hard and moved up to the position which he has held for the past five years. All in all, the company does great good for employees and the public at large. Giving back is the one thing that many forget to do when they reach a certain point in their career. USHealth definitely does not forget to give back, as the HOPE initiative has helped The Crisis Nursery, HOPEKids Arizona, and many more with fundraisers and drives to get what is needed. Thankfully there are still companies out here that care about their people as well as the community at large.
