ABC was founded in 2002 when Nizan Guanaes and his partner Joao Augusto (Guga) Valente decided that Brazil needed its own successful advertising group. The group currently services more than 10 companies, providing assistance in both advertising and public relations. ABC Group also owns several companies worldwide, and is responsible for overseeing the advertising and marketing strategies for companies such as Procter & Gamble and Ambev.
